Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt und am Hafen von Sassnitz oder im Wald. Alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem Hund optimal. Die Vermietfirma ist super professionell und sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und schön. Vielleicht etwas karg, ein Bild wäre schön. ;O) Aber was nicht so gut war, ist die Funktionalität im Haus als solches. Der Schlüsselcode funktioniert nicht und der Eingang vom Parkplatz aus auch nicht. So muss man durch einen anderen Hauseingang ins Gebäude und dann durch den ganzen Keller bis zum eigentlichen Apartment Haus. Das war etwas unheimlich. Und auch der Lift hat nicht funktioniert. Man konnte die Knöpfe nicht drücken und dann war es schwierig wieder rauszukommen... etwas Nervensache!
