Unexpected charges and no refund

Cozy, nicely prepared room before arrival.

On the last day they asked for a 25€ deposit in order to get the entrance code and keys. Yesterday we checked out, today they are ignoring the message and are not planning to return the deposit. There is no mention of the deposit anywhere in the booking system! There are not many kitchen utensils, no paper towels, no curtains, and the bathroom door does not open or close properly.

L'endroit en général, le jacuzzi est un plus agréable.... La déco est apaisant et on s' y sent bien.

Une bulle de décompression et de repos dans un endroit idéal.

Le côté « coupé du monde », l’aménagement et la déco réalisée d’une manière exceptionnelle, la literie d’une qualité parfaite, le calme, la déconnexion.

L’ambiance, l’endroit, la déco

Nous avons été dérangé par une lumière la nuit ce qui, j’avoue, nous a fait bcp fait flipper mais nous nous sommes finalement endormi. On aurait dis une lampe de poche mais je pense que c’était des personnes qui ce baladaient. En rien est responsable la love story bien sûre, juste il y a eu ça qui nous a fait peur ce qui fait que nous n’avons pas bien dormi.

Sfeervol appartement, goed ingericht, lastige start.

Prachtig en smaakvol ingericht.

De communicatie met de verhuurder en op t laatste moment een borg moeten betalen, terwijl we al voor de deur staan en dan dus geen sleutelcode kregen in eerste instantie. Ik vroeg om de tenaamstelling voor die borgsom...die kreeg ik niet.ook; Heel vaag: Ik moest een overeenkomst schrijven via WhatsApp dat ik accoord ging met de regels...eh....welke? Waar staan die? Bedden lagen prima maar we vonden haren op de molton....

Séjour en amoureux

Le jacuzzi est un point fort, mais le lit est extrêmement confortable et la literie est juste top. La décoration est à la fois belle et apaisante. L'avantage du lieu étant les cascadelles. Nous avons fait un parcours de 8km dans les bois ( sportif mais 1000 fois joli). Nous avons aussi adoré le contact avec l'hôtesse qui as été à l'écoute et compressible toute en se donnant à 100 pourcent.

Manque d'équipement pour cuisiner. J'aurais apprécier un peu plus de casserole et peu être plus grande mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Nous avons néanmoins vu quelques détails de propreté qui n'étais pas très au top ( fenêtre et châssis noires sales dans la chambre). Nous n'y avions pas vraiment prêter attention, mais c'est néanmoins des points importants pour certaines personnes.

Tout était parfait, sans aucune hésitation, je reviendrai.

Juste un petit bémol sur le matelas, un peu trop souple. Ayant des problèmes de dos, peut-être prévoir un surmatelas pour une expérience optimale.

Tout était parfait surtout une très bonne communication et réactivité de la part de la propriétaire

Tout était très bien mais il faudrait juste une meilleure explication pour le spa et dommage que nous n’avons pas pu suivre les programmes de la tv faute de réseau mais nous avions you tube À souligner le contact immédiat avec la propriétaire donc pas de soucis et nous la remercions encore. Nous reviendrons bien sûr
