Modern, functional apartment with private parking

Well situated, very clean and modern. Had all the things we needed on our little road trip pit stop, like washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc. Private, gated parking.

Beware that the car parking lot inlet accepts a taller car than the actual parking lot, since there are lower structures after that. We almost got stuck there - there should be some kind of height limit indicator as is common in France.

Fijn appartement om St Malo en omgeving te bezoeken

Heel mooi en goed uitgerust appartement, precies zoals op de foto’s op de website. In de namiddag kun je op het balkon van de zon genieten. Supermarkt en strand op korte loopafstand, de historische binnenstad van St Malo op ca. 25 min. lopen. Het appartement heeft een eigen priveparkeerplaats. De informatie vanuit Cocoon’r is zeer compleet en duidelijk. Zelf inchecken via sleuteladres is ideaal.

Het balkon is aan de straatkant en daardoor erg lawaaiig. En er is geen waterkoker.

Prachtig nieuw modern meer dan volledig uitgerust appartement met ruim balkon op de avondzon. Gelegen op de 2etage met lift. Afgesloten parking met eigen plek. Topgelegen op loopafstand tov strand, haven en oude stad. Langs de boulevard uitstekende restaurants. Ook het directe contact met Cocoon(verhuurder) was snel en effectief. Wij durven deze locatie aan iedereen aan te raden.

Einfacher Check-In, schöne große Unterkunft mit eigenem Parkplatz und guter Ausstattung, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und fußläufig in die Altstadt, großer Balkon

Abfluss im Bad riecht unangenehm, Spülmaschine ging während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht, keine Mülleimer im Bad und kein Föhn

Super petit appartement à 10min à pied de la plage du Sillon, et 25-30min de St-Malo Intra-Muros. Place de parking attribuée et il y a des places de parking gratuites dans la rue. Self check-in et check-out très efficace. Supermarchés à proximité. Décoration moderne et sobre dans un bâtiment récent. Personnel répondant efficacement

La douche a quelques soucis d'écoulement (égoûts qui remontent et odeur désagréable), je l'ai signalé mais n'ai pas eu de retour.
