Comfortable, warm, and nicely presented
The back entrance stairs felt a little dangerous. The blinds in front room were difficult to wind down to block the street lights. The clock ticks very loudly and the bathroom door creaked

A comfortable apartment right in the middle of Orange, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.
The entrance through a bin lined alley and up steep stairs was unpromising but it was OK once we'd arrived in the apartment. The layout of the apartment was a bit strange with the rooms all lined up in a row with the kitchen at one end followed by bedroom 2, bathroom/laundry and living room/bedroom 1 and the enclosed verandah.

Central location
Weird back entry. Car parking is as difficult. Construction works next door all day on Saturday into the evening was noisy and blocked the door on occasion.
