Road noise, location of key safe, no railings around downstairs windows, garden overgrown/untidy, stained cream carpets, dirty headboards and rule book

The room layout upstairs was perfect for a young family. 3 nice large bedrooms next to each other and a bathroom on the same level. Nice open plan kitchen / dining room. Unfortunately that's as far as it went with good points for young families. You can see the sea from the upstairs windows. Sun sets onto the garden and into the kitchen/dining room which we loved. Great location for the high street and to reach the pier/promenade.

We confirmed the dishwasher was not working (was broken on first attempt of use ie on arrival) on morning of Monday 24th August and by the Thursday when we checked out they still hadn't sent anyone to fix it. Agent was helpful but ultimately sounded out of their hands as owners are abroad so there seemed to be some delay in communication. So we spent more time than we'd liked washing up on our holiday! Would not have booked this property if i'd known there was not functioning dishwasher with 2 small children. One low bedroom sash window upstairs had no lock and no stoppers, again not ideal for small children. I did recommend the agent should fix this to make guests feel at ease at night. Missing broken balustrade on the outdoor entrance steps leaves a very dangerous huge drop to a concrete well of flat windows below, again terrifying when standing at the doorway trying to unlock the door with small children next to you, maybe not such a problem to adults, but pretty sure this must be illegal. There is a locked internal door to the separately rented flat below. You can hear low level sound through this door. One of the single beds had very uncomfortable protruding metal springs. The other beds were much better. Bath towels were right size for children, tiny for adults. No stair gates were available, also wouldn't really have been possible to put one up if we had brought one due to nature of staircase.

Spacious house, very comfortable. Felt like a home. Nice to have a garden. Good location close to town.

Hard to fault. A few things didn't work or were broken - dishwasher and bathroom blind. One bedroom had window that didn't stay open.

This property is fantastic, photos made it look great, being there was incredible, like a home from home. All the facilities and bits and pieces to do what ever you want during your stay.

The recycling bins were a little confusing, but that was it.
