Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.
→ PARKING - Two parking passes are included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park in the covered parking garage and use the pedestrian walkover bridge to access both Towers.
→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit—including towels and linens—the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

Condo itself was clean, owners were nice and helpful, view is perfect, no elevators like description says. Worse thing about stay was Majestic Security. You have to have a .50 wristband that will cost you 50 to replace if lost or broken at ALL times, no balls or throwing balls in the pool, no floaties in pool, no music in pool area, no eating or drinking in pool. It was horrible. They come out every 5 minutes to check and they come in groups of 2-3 with walkie talkies to intimidate the kids. My 12yr old was forced to wear a wristband bc he “looks 15” and when he broke it bc he’s 12 I was charged 30 to replace it. It’s one of those .50 wristbands you get on amazon in bulk. A guy next to me bought a drink at the bar and grill next to the pool that is literally in their condo and he was asked to remove it. So you can’t drink the drinks THEY sell at THEIR pool. They had a guy making a video for the condo with his sons. They were throwing a volleyball for the camera. NO BALLS are allowed in the pool so why put that on their commercial. I was laying on a blow up floatie and they said floaties in pool isn’t allowed. Like literally a floatie that can save a life or help a swimmer isn’t allowed in their pool. I will never be back at this condo. They sucked the fun out our vacation.
