The amenities of the resort feature five (5) pools, 2 indoor heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 hard surface tennis courts, beach services, movie theater and game room. The H2O Bar and Grill serve food and drinks poolside.  The Market serves Starbucks coffee; there is a Bloody Mary bar within the market along with other snacks, treats, reading material and basic sundries.  The Market Bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner items and the menu is fantastic.

Second year renting a property owned and managed through panhandle getaways. I 100% recommend anything through panhandle getaways. They are responsive if there are any issues or questions. They are easily accessible through text or phone. If something isn’t right they fix it or move you to an equal or better property. They are clean and well managed. They will let you check-in early if your condo is clean and ready. Our garbage disposal went out and they promptly responded. Fast and friendly maintenance men. They were in and out and had the problem resolved. This property was well maintained. Elevators were quick and we didn’t ever have to wait long for one. Pools were nice. Bar tender was super nice. I felt safe on property.

Positive: beach was great and being on the 21st floor provided great views. Negative: parking situation, access to the room and access using the elevator was an ordeal. The room needed some maintenance and missing several essentials which we had to purchase. Opportunities: kids were knocking on our door at night and when I called security, no one answered so this was disturbing.
