Welcome to “Will O Mist” - our 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home in Inlet Beach.
LOCATION:
“Will O Mist” is located within The Preserve at Inlet Beach - A coastal community just a short bike ride to the Inlet Beach access points and less than five minutes to the heart of Rosemary Beach and Secrest Beach. The community features a superb outdoor pool with a pavilion, seating, and and outdoor fireplace. The community boardwalk & dock provides direct access to Powell Lake should you wish to paddle board or kayak during your stay. You will be in extremely close proximity to a great selection of boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach - Amici, Cuvee 30A, La Crema, Donut Hole, Big Bad Breakfast, Willow Boutique, and many more. The home is also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. This getaway is just a short drive from the picturesque walking trails of Camp Helen State Park and is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
As you enter the home, you'll find a spacious living room with plenty of seating. The open plan first floor flows into the dining area and kitchen with seating for the whole group between the dining table and breakfast bar.
The large kitchen looks out over the back garden, and is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy culinary creations with the whole group.
The first floor master bedroom is complete with a king bed and private en suite. As you go upstairs, you have two queen bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms, a large laundry room, and a twin over full bunk room. There is also a great bonus room that's perfect for teens to enjoy a movie or play a video game. All bedrooms and the bonus room come complete with smart TVs should you wish to sign in to your favorite streaming services.
The home's outdoor spaces include a large first floor front porch with seating, as well as a fenced-in back yard with seating, storage, and grilling on the home's gas grill.

The home comes with three adult bikes, beach gear, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a private driveway able to accommodate three cars.

We accept one pet per stay, up to 50 lbs. Pets are strictly not allowed upstairs, on furniture/beds, or in the pool, showers, or bathtubs. Pets should not be left unattended at the property for more than four hours unless crated.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. I love The location of this place. House was perfect and plan on staying again when I return In a few months!! I let beach area is definitely where it’s at without being in the midst of the chaos but still close and convenient to Rosemary and all of 30A

This home was incredibly beautiful with an extremely cozy feel. It couldn’t have been more clean which made us feel comfortable right away. Our family enjoyed quality time with coffee each morning on the cozy and quaint front porch. The communication with the Coast team was supreme. Jake was absolutely amazing and went above abs beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

We enjoyed our vacation very much. House had a great location, floor plan, and supplies. We stayed in the neighborhood last year, in a house with same floor plan we loved it so much we had to return. This year weeere just two couples, but we could have invited several more. My only complaint, is that the master tub/shower did not drain the entire week, and the master bedspread, had dog hair all over it, indicating it didn’t get washed between guests. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!
