- Inlet Beach Regional Access #3: Largest public access in the area, is located about 0.6 miles away (0.62 mi, 13 min walk) and can be easily reached. This access provides ample car & cart parking, restrooms, shower, and an ADA ramp.

- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 20 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

The house is much larger than the pictures, tons of space . The rooms are plenty of space. We used the pack and play which was helpful to have on property. The kitchen has most items you need. The pool is within walking distance even with little kids. They have sorted toys for littles and board games for most ages. Three full baths is great with a big family trip. The backyard is set up for fun and mostly enclosed. Beach items available for play. The only inconvenience was that the upstairs didn’t cool down very well and we wished there were bore bath towels. There are two different cooling systems for downstairs and upstairs for convenience . The host was responsive was prompt. Very beautiful place we would definitely stay again .
