Located on a dirt road, about 40 minutes from Wellsboro & 1 ½ hours from the PA Grand Canyon or Finger Lakes this farmhouse is set in a private location with lots of wildlife views! No matter what you in joy, Wellsboro, Grand Canyon & Finger lakes offers it all - hiking, biking, kayaking, 60+ mile rail trail for riding bikes or cross country skiing, ski slopes, hunting/fishing, wine tasting and R&R.
The space
This 4 bedroom haven sleeps 10-15 (More than 10 people must be discussed with host) and features a 500 sq ft deck that’s fully furnished. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching the deer come out to feed in the fields behind the house. This setting is perfect for a family getaway with time to rest and relax! Includes kitchen with adjoining dining room. The Den features a fireplace to rest, read or just relax.

We stayed here with my sister and her family. It's a big house with lots of gathering areas, a beautiful country view with lots of deer activity, and a quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Host was quick to respond. Just a heads up, there is no dishwasher and you need to bring your own trash bags (there are trash bags but they are way too small for the garbage can), and there are no hand towel, dish towels, drying mat, or shower mat. House felt very clean and beds were comfortable. The one top queen bunk bed is very close to the ceiling and since the mattress is so deep/tall there really isn't a safety bar to keep kids from falling off the top bunk. Overall great place and would stay again.

Farmhouse was very nice, clean and in a perfect setting. Saw a Black Bear in the field across from the front porch - very cool!
