About this house rental
1-Bedroom House with private entry, parking in the back with lock gate. The house is Santa Fe new construction with all the amenities, kitchen is fully equipped for short/long term. Living Room Sofa is with Double Bed, Air Bed can be provided upon request. House is very nice & open floor plan. Light & Bright. Full size washer and Dryer, Dishwasher.
Walking distance to Nob Hill Restaurants, coffee house, Bars/Grills, 10 to Downtown, Old Town, close to I-25, very safe neighborhood. Dog ok.
The space
COVD-19 cleaning, and disinfection is done after each guest. fyi.
All furniture is Brand new; house is also new. Fully tiled and has Air condition. Very comfortable. The owner is an artist, has furnished the place with her personal touch. Very artistic house.
Other amenities - Steamer, Hair Dryer etc. Entire place is professionally cleaned, washed all sheets, towel, blankets, etc.
Guest access
Front Entry Door via Blue Iron Gate. Lock box with key is available on a side door inside the gate.

Motion lights are on around the property and gated entry with private outdoor patio.
