Bright first-floor condo conveniently located only steps from the community pool (just out the back door) and walking distance to all that Fontana-on-Geneva-Lake has to offer...beach, lakefront restaurants and bars, shopping, coffee shops, and ice cream parlor. Enjoy time away from the city - 1 hour from Milwaukee and 90 minutes from Chicago. Entertain with two patios and plenty of room to wine and dine. Updated appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. Take a leisurely walk to Abbey Marina (on the grounds), follow the boardwalk to Abbey Resort, Fontana Beach, Lake Shore Path and more. Easy living at the lake!

There are new remote shades to provide privacy. Relax in the cozy seating around the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sliding doors open to two separate patios, one covered with ceiling fans to enjoy the outdoors under the shade or take in the lovely landscaping. Dine in the kitchen or the formal dining room. Meals at home are easy in this well-equipped galley kitchen with updated appliances. There is a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

** No hanging of items outside of the unit on the railing or outside (Towels, Swimsuits, etc). Doing so will incur a $500 HOA Fine, which will be the responsibility of the renter

Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.
