Toccozy Cabin Retreat is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath + loft mountain cabin that sleeps up to eight (8) people and offers the following:
King master on the main level with a 40" Smart TV
Main level communal bathroom with walk-in shower & soaking tub
Upper-level queen bedroom with two (2) queen beds with 32' TV
Upper-level communal bathroom with tub/shower combo
Open loft with queen bed
The great room has a wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided October 1st- April 1st), 50" Smart TV
Terrace-level game room with 40' TV with local cable, pool table, and foosball
Hot Tub
Riverside Fire Pit
Cornhole, and tetherball outside

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $170 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, guest service fee, and a 13% lodging tax

Perfect place for family getaway! Sits on the river, can hear the water flowing beautifully while watching people floating down it. Pool and Foosball in the basement for night or rainy day activities. The porch swing overlooking the water! Sat there many hours. I think the birds like it too...seems they sit there as well. Will rent again and bring my adult children! Easy reservation process and communication throughout our stay.

The only issue we had were there is nowhere to hang clothes on the main level. Both closets in master bathroom were locked. I would suggest at least having one unlocked and if cleaning supplies are located there, move them to the area down stairs with a locked cabinet in laundry room.
Also- the pool table down stairs isn’t functional. There is no way to play a true game of pool due to how small the room is. One of our kids suggested a ping pong table would be better suited. The way the pool table is set up you can’t even hold the pool stick correctly. Thankfully it wasn’t a rainy day where we needed indoor activities and had counted on this. The room is just to small for a pool table.
