About this cabin rental
Are you looking for a peaceful, beautiful cabin, that’s only 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, has all paved roads, no curvy mountain roads, and long range views? Then you have found the perfect cabin!
This custom home was built by Keith Sumner in 2013. The cabin, which has the look and feel of a luxury mountain lodge, is located in a small, secluded gated community, only 12 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge.
The home has 3 bedrooms with King beds, and a bunk room downstairs with 2 full sized bunk beds - sleeping 10 comfortably. Each king bedroom has its own bathroom, and there’s also a half bath off the main living room.
You’ll be stunned as soon as you walk in the front door, and take in the intricate attention to detail of every aspect in the home. From the live edge wood, stone countertops, handmade custom bedroom furniture, waterfall in the master shower, 3 stacked stone fireplaces, you’ll feel exactly as we do every time we’re there - that we don’t want to leave.
Also for your enjoyment while at the home, is a large hot tub on the terrace level deck, a pool table, gas grill on the main deck, and fire pit. However, we truly feel that the best part of the home, are the long range mountain views from the back decks, and every bedroom. In the neighborhood there is also access to the Toccoa river for fishing, tubing, and kayaking.
The cabin is also conveniently located, only 5 minutes from Mercier Apple Orchards, and within 15-20 minutes of whitewater rafting.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the home. If the home smells like smoke, or if it is apparent that the home was smoked in, upon a guest checking out, there will be a $1,000 fee assessed to the guest to cover the cost of smoke removal & remediation.
We allow guests to bring up to 2 dogs, with a fee of $150 per dog per stay.
For your protection and the protection of the home & property, there are Arlo cameras outside the front door, overlooking the carport, and fire pit. There are no cameras inside the home.

The host communication was amazing. The beds were so comfortable! The views were a dream. The cabin was very clean and luxurious. One of the best things was how well stocked the place was. It had EVERYTHING. Things for animals, things for kids, stair gates. We cooked almost every meal there and never felt like we were missing something. Will definitely be recommending this place to others and hopefully staying here in the future. We also can’t wait to check out the other properties from this host, because they were fantastic!

You can’t beat the views here and the hosts have gone out of their way to make things convenient comfortable in terms of how the house is prepped/stocked and overall availability to ask questions. Really easy to find the home when driving in and it’s less than 15 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge. Would happily stay here again in the future.

The stay was amazing. The cabin was clean and exactly as described. The hosts communicated well and provided clear instructions for the entire stay. We will stay here again or use the hosts again.

This is a beautiful property! We book a mountain get-away every fall/winter. This is the best unit we have stayed in. The view is outstanding and the place is huge and very well appointed. Unfortunately our friends who were joining us had a conflict and had to cancel, but it was wonderful with just the two of us.
