About this apartment rental
What a great condo located in Sea Palms with marsh, lake and golf course views! You will be within walking distance to Sago restaurant at the Sea Palms clubhouse. During your stay at Great Blue Heron you will be within 2 miles of numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. Only 5 miles to the beach and the pier, lighthouse and village area.
In Great Blue Heron, there is over 1400 square feet of heated and cooled living space. Once you've entered the main foyer, there are two additional entrances to this unit. The right side entrance, also known as Blue Heron, is a very comfortable standard1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a full kitchen, nice den, amazing views and a screen porch. The screen porch overlooks the lake, 18th green and the fairway.
The left side entrance lets you in to a 600 SF studio with two full beds, sitting area, dining table for 2, and great views from large picture window. The left side, also known as "Baby Blue" has a kitchenette area with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig.
The trees surrounding the lake are home to hundreds of sea birds where they come to roost for the night. Spend you afternoons watching the herons, spoonbills and egrets come home to roost.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit
* Laundry facilities are located in the Kingfisher and Pelican buildings.
