Love, love, love the location.
The living space was wonderful.
Privacy was optimal.
Check in/check out was smooth.
We would come back if...

The humidity was not as mitigated as it needed to be, which resulted in a great deal of green mold, fortunately no black mold.
The upstairs front bathroom needed mold treatment on the ceiling and the walls. All the skylights needed cleaned, and the outside deck furniture was not usable because of mold and dirt. The decks and railings themselves had mold and were quite slippery.
This property has great potential otherwise!
