• The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

Had sime difficulty checking in becauae this is a timeshare and the owner needed to cha ge the name on the account. This was a mi ir inconvenience. The room was small but clean. For 2 people the size didnt matter becauae we are always on the go and just need a place to lay our heads at night. The location is fantastic. Right next to Chinatown which is also an easy walk to Little Italy. Very close to the cable cars and bus routes that take you to the Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39.
