Enjoy a fun and relaxing time at the beach in this centrally located condo! Across from beach access. Walk to the Pier, arcade, restaurants, and more. Fully renovated, all new, clean, private balcony, full kitchen, beach chairs, and games! Couch pulls out to a queen, king in bedroom, TV/ Roku and ceiling fans in both rooms, comfy bedding. Shared pool, grilling area, car/golf cart parking. Washer and dryer on premises. Fun and easy!

2 parking spaces included. The condo is just a stroll away from the pier, bars, restaurants, and shops. Quick drive to the grocery store and all the attractions in the area.
The living space and kitchen are fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, Keurig, KitchenAid mixer, and more.
Other amenities include a hairdryer, iron, and clothes steamer for your use. We have books, games, playing cards, 2 beach chairs, beach toys, and a record player to enjoy.
The couch pulls out to a queen, and we have a pillow top to add to it for extra comfort if needed.
Shared washers and dryers are just down the hall.
While we encourage a good time, there are residents living there full time, so please be respectful in terms of noise.

From the moment we stepped in, relaxation set in. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Beach access directly across the street and within walking distance to The Pier at Garden City. Shopping and other necessities were very close driving distance. Owners communicated quickly and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home!! Hopefully we can come back!!

Sarah had great communication and provided everything that was needed. Plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything. Ocean view from the balcony was my favorite!
