About this apartment rental
The Royal Garden Resort HOA is currently in the process of repairing and waterproofing the exterior of the building on the ocean side. This process will begin on September 2, 2025 and continue throughout the remainder of the year. This process involves construction activities on the facades and balconies of the condominiums and may temporarily limit the use of the building's amenities and possible loss of access to the balcony. It also involves the use of loud machinery during working hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The work will begin on the 15 “stack” (units ending in the number 15) and will proceed to lower numbers as each stack is completed; however, we don't know how long each stack will take or when the work will be performed on any other stacks. Please contact us if you have any questions, and we'll do our best to answer them for you.

The room was nice and clean. Two baths in a one BR is unusual, but very handy. However, the lack of kitchen incidentals (paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing detergent) was a definite drawback. I think it is a realistic expectation for those items to be included in a unit containing a full kitchen. All of those items would only add an incremental cost that would be more than worth it.

This place is a great location. The unit it self was dated but
I don't mind that as long as it is clean. The advertisement said it had a TV in the bedroom and it did not. That was a disappointment. The building has 16 floors and it was totally booked. There were three elevators and one was down the whole time and on the last two days there was only one running. The elevators have no air ventilation, so it was really hot and uncomfortable when you are stuffed in there like a bunch of sardines with only one elevator working. One time we waited for 15 minutes for elevator. That created a problem. The advertisement said it had a fully equipped kitchen but ours didn't have a can opener. That is real bummer when you are right in the middle of cooking diner and your not going to get out of that building in any hurry.
