JP3 Spacious 1B/1BA Steps to Johns Pass/Beach/Shopping!

A perfect spot for a couples getaway! This property was just right for my husband and I. Not only does Shelley and Chad go above and beyond to make sure you have all the things you need for a fun, comfortable stay but you are super close to many things. This is even more important in an area where, pretty much everywhere requires you to pay for parking. From this property, no car needed, you are literally steps from a beautiful beach and steps to Johns pass that has many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. If that is not enough, the stop to ride the trolley is steps away too. This property is also close to many beautiful nature parks that are just a short drive away. Shelley and Chad were great to work with and provided quick responses to any needs we had. They really thought out all the things you need for a fun trip to the beach and because the weather was not expected to be spectacular while we were there, they even had an umbrella ready for use!! The property was very clean, comfortable, and was super easy to check in and check out. The only downside would be that the views from this particular rental on the property weren’t the best but they do have a nice little shared area out back the you can sit at and enjoy the canal views. We saw a dolphin our first day there and many fish. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to this area!

We really,really enjoyed staying here! The place was so nice and clean and pretty and set up so nice with lots of ammenties on hand. We loved the location, being off the main drag, not hearing the traffic. Great location being right behind Johns Pass!We will definitley want to stay here again in the future and will also let others know about this place, if their looking to stay at John's Pass.Again, loved everything and enjoyed our long wknd stay! can't wait to come back again!Sincerely,Bob & Helen Kaminski :)

Really nice place for a small family or a couple. The place is very clean and updated. Short walk to the beach and John's Pass. Beach equipment are available. There is a water hose outside in the back to clean the sand from your feet. Shelley was wonderful to work with. I definitely recommend this place. I can't wait to go back!!

Nice VRBO! Everything that you need for a day on the beach is provided with the VRBO. Chairs/Umbrella/towels/beach bag/ and a cart to move it all too the beach. Even a cornhole set. Well thought out VRBO I definitely would stay again if we go back to “Mad Beach”! Two thumbs up!!
