This is the second time we have stayed here and the view is perfect! It is an easy walk to the beach or if you want to drive there are plenty of spots to park across the road from the beach for a small fee per day. There is also a bathroom at the beach entrance which is nice. The condo itself could use a little updating but is very comfortable. Would suggest adding a few extra blankets and pillow cases for the extra pillows as well as a mattress cover- there was only a sheet covering the mattress. Construction is still ongoing on the complex so we couldn’t use the boat ramp- which we did not discover until the day prior to our trip as well as that boat trailer parking may be limited. However, the management company was very helpful and offered to let us park our boat trailer at their office if not enough space. There ended up being enough space to park the trailer, but we would have really liked to have been informed about the boat ramp at the time of booking as it was one of the main reasons we booked this condo. We ended up having a great stay despite this and once the construction is finished in November things will be even better. We will definitely be back next year!

The unit it self worked well for 2 people and very comfortable. The view overlooking the lagoon is beautiful. The decor was great for the location. That being said, the unit needs updating, painting, screening. Nothing a little TLC wouldn’t take care of the issues.Overall, I would definitely rent out this unit again.
