Head upstairs to the 3 oversized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor share the unique full bath in the hall, with separate shower/bath and double vanity/toilet rooms. The third-floor suite has a Queen bed, its own private full bath and even a delightful peek-a-boo view of the Maryland State House. Located one block to the quiet waters of Spa Creek and 2 blocks to Main Street, this home is just steps away from downtown shopping, restaurants, parks and historical sites, the Naval Academy and the Maryland State House.

Happy Hours was a perfect house for our family during Commissioning week. ITrip provided starter items for bathrooms, kitchen and laundry which came in handy. The home was clean and well stocked with extra bedding and towels. There is an open bar, which was fun to see when we walked in. We used some liquor and left some behind for the next guests.
Since Commissioning was a rainy cold day, we were not able to have our celebration outside, which was OK. All the food, beverages and cake was served from the screened in porch. We moved furniture from the porch to inside the house for extra seating and then put 3, 6' tables and an 8' round table in the porch area. The home flowed nicely for our group to gather and chat. Could not have asked for a better lay out. Plus there is a parking garage a block or so away which worked well for our guests.
Conduit Street is a great location. Quite and well cared for neighborhood within walking distance to all things Academy and DTA. We were able to park close by the house with blinkers on for loading and unloading vehicles and disabled guests. My husband and I would definitely recommend Happy Hours!
Cathy, at iTrip, was very responsive, even on the weekend. Overall we had a fabulous experience, even in the rain.

This property’s location cannot be beaten. Easy walks to historic Annapolis and across the bridge to Eastport. The house is charming with a wonderful screened in porch and cute backyard. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was perfect. I highly recommend this property.
