Charming studio on the first floor of our house in a quiet residential area.

A 90x190 sleeping sofa
Bed linen and towels provided
Fan/heating/air conditioning (for summer)
Mosquito nets
TV (NETFIX with your codes), WIFI access.
Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.
Kitchen:
Combined oven/microwave,
fridge/freezer,
hood,
hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher.
Standing table for 2 people
Reclining computer table for working.
Bathrooms:
Shower, sink, toilet.
Outside corner:
A dining area for three people and a smoking area.
Possibility to park a car outside in front of the fence.
House closed by an electric gate, remote control provided with the studio key (possibility of having two keychains).
Close to the beaches:
3 km Ferrière (pond of Berre)
9 km Cavaou Fos sur Mer (Sea)
10- 12 km la Couronne, Sainte Croix (sea)

Bakery and tobacco shop at the bottom of the avenue.

- In winter, do not leave the windows open while you are away with the heating.
- Check that the gate is closed before leaving.
- On the day of departure, put away the dishes and take out the garbage.

The studio apartment is beautifully arranged and modern - everything you need is within easy reach. There are different seating options and a comfortable bed. It's generally very quiet. Also secure - behind a gate, located in a pleasant suburb. There is a bus stop just outside, which runs to the centre. Mosquitoes nets on the windows make a big difference
