A new, fully furnished two-bedroom apartment (kitchen, TV, furniture, etc.) located on the top floor, facing east and north, with a superb view, and parking for 1 or 2 cars.
Bedroom 1: 1 140-size bed with an east-facing window—and a loft with a large window
Bedroom 2: 1 140-size bed with 2 windows, north-facing
1 bathroom with 1 sink, a shower, and a washing machine- 1 toilet - 1 living/dining room with TV - 1 kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and coffee maker -
Sheets and towels provided / guests are responsible for cleaning upon checkout.
The rest of the villa is rented out and occupied year-round. No private garden.
