The villa is located a few kilometers from the sea, between green mountains and crystal clear sea. The villa is located in the heart of the Gargano; Easily reachable are the most famous seaside resorts such as Mattinata, Vieste, Peschici, Tremiti Islands, Monte Sant'Angelo, Pulsano, Umbra Forest and the pretty Manfredonia. From the Villa you can go hiking, walking and mountain biking. Nearby there is a well-stocked shopping mall and a bus stop.

A private villa situated in an orchard of olive trees, in the distance you can see the sea. It feels like a dream. The villa itself is very spacious, with 3 big bedrooms, a nice big living room with a fireplace and a small open kitchen.
Bathroom with shower and a toilet. The terrace outside is really amazing with a hammock and sun beds. When you come out of the kitchen door, there is also a terrace with a table and chairs. We had our breakfast and dinner there. You need a car to get there. We enjoyed our stay very much.
