L’emplacement et l’appartement était grand et bien équipé

Les toilettes se sont bouchés rapidement. La salle de bain est un peu raccommodé

The house was fairly clean with a washing machine and 3 bathrooms. Big living room with lots of space and seats for guests. 2 hairdryers were good.

Air conditioning didn’t work in 3 of the rooms which was awful as it was 40C in the heat wave. Lots of ants in the front room and 2nd bedroom when we arrived. On suite bedroom with 4 poster bed was dark and dank and unpleasant. Not enough cups/glasses for the occupancy of the apartment. Majority or plug sockets in the house didn’t work. Also booking said toiletries were provided. But toiletries were 2 miniatures for 8 people to share. Host was very helpful up until day or arrival. We were suppose to be given the check in info on the morning so that we could leave our bags inside the apartment. On arrival there was still no information and we were stuck with cases outside the apartment in a heat wave of 41C. Multiple messages to the host and no reply. Multiple calls. We finally got through after an hour and he seemed surprised and had forgotten it was today that we were checking in. He said he’d send the info over. 15-20 minutes later we finally had the check in information. Being delayed for so long we missed our lunch reservation which was disappointing.
