Panoramica 2 bed Luxury apartment Fuengirola

Sehr schöne, moderne und gepflegte Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, inklusive Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Für vier Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz. Zwar ist sie für bis zu sechs Personen ausgeschrieben, dafür müsste jedoch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer genutzt werden, was die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht etwas klein wirken lässt. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und verfügt über zwei Pools, einen Fitnessraum sowie einen Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt am Strand. Der Rückweg führt über einen rund 500 Meter langen, sehr steilen Anstieg, was insbesondere bei Hitze anstrengend sein kann. Zudem wird die Aussicht leider durch eine neu entstandene Baustelle stark beeinträchtigt. Der Name Panorámica passt daher aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr wirklich, da das Meer trotz der erhöhten Lage auf dem Hügel kaum sichtbar ist. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir leider auch den Eindruck, dass die Endreinigung nicht vollständig durchgeführt worden war. Im Badezimmer hingen noch benutzte Badetücher der vorherigen Gäste, in der Küche stand ungewaschenes Geschirr im Lavabo und es befanden sich noch Abfälle in der Wohnung.

This is a great place to stay for some beach time. Beautiful apartment with a good view.

There is a major construction project going on across the street which was a bit noisy during the days and will soon obstruct most of the view.

Its a nice modern 2 bedroom apartment, well equipped, secure parking, felt safe and nice swimming pools.

Weird new development roads are up a very steep hill, genuinely annoying to walk anywhere at a 45 degree angle, you need a car even to go to the beach. Or cabs everywhere... Checking in was a pain in the neck. I went to the address on the booking.com app under 'check in information'. The actual address provided didn't make sense from the road, I was looking for 'Portal 6' but could only find Portal 1.. drove around for 10 minutes, gave up, called the host and was told I should have read email (wasn't an email, messages on booking.com), I needed to go to their office in Fuengirola (10 mins drive) to collect keys. I had a hire car so this was possible for me if in a taxi from the airport would have been really inconvenient, long and annoying process. Get a key safe. Beds in second bedroom are hard, cheap beds and sofa bed you are sleeping directly on the sofa cushions with only a sheet provided, pillows cheap and uncomfortable. Otherwise apartment is a good standard, car park secure, 2 swimming pools both clean and sun beds (a few) good. HOWEVER, dont believe the photos in the listing, view from balcony (main listing photo, photo 7 and photo 13). It is now a building site and a block of apartments now stands between this apartment and the seaview. Cranes in operation everyday of our stay from Tuesday to Saturday... you can still see the sea if you look to your left but you are on a building site so just forget beautiful peaceful balcony views, unless you like cranes and rubble. The cranes sound a claxon before they move... many times per day. Annoying if you're trying to relax on the balcony. It's a fully active site at present (May 26). When we got home, they sent a message charging for a damaged laundry basket and fridge drawer. We didn't cause this damage.
