Walking Distance to beach Torreblanca Rio Sol

While instructions for check in were sent via email beforehand, finding the apartment and key was confusing. and was comparable to a 'treasure hunt.'! With a 3 or 4 km walk in hot weather from the key collection office to the appartment. The key didn't have the apartment number on it, but rather a completely different reference number. This wasn't explained. When I tried calling the emergency number for help, there was no answer. When the agent evenutally did check in, I asked why she was incommunicado. The agent, a woman with a South Amercian Spanish accent replied that; "It's not a hotel," and claimed she was dealing with another client! She was argumentative on the phone—despite the fact that I was a paying customer dropping a premium rent in high season. She also condescendingly told me that because I was "on holiday, I shouldn't be stressed," which completely dismissed the frustrating situation they had put me in. How unprofessional! We checked out on a Sunday am. By Thursday, I still hadn't heard anything about my €150 deposit refund, so I had to email them. When I got no response, I had to email again on Saturday and follow up with a text to the emergency contact. They finally responded and processed the refund, but it required too much chasing on my part. Lastly, there was no internet in the appartment, no smart tv, Spanish aerial tv stations only.
