Luxury 1-bedroom apartment just steps from the sea in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, ideally located within a 5-minute walk to the train, shops, bars, and restaurants.



The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, south/south-east facing, enjoying beautiful morning sun and stunning sea views. A private path leads directly to the beachfront, making beach days effortless.



The property is set within a well-maintained gated community featuring a recently fully renovated swimming pool, now upgraded to a modern, high-quality standard — the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.



Inside, the apartment offers a bright lounge with sofa-bed and TV, and a stylish open-plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. The spacious balcony provides beautiful sea views and is ideal for al fresco dining.



The bedroom features a king-size (150 cm) memory foam mattress and fitted wardrobes. The large bathroom includes a rain shower, washing machine, and dryer.



Additional features include air conditioning throughout, fibre optic Wi-Fi, and international TV channels. Bed linen and towels are provided, and our nearby office is always available to assist during your stay.

The view. The location. The apt. has all you need for a nice holiday The sofa bed needs a good cleaning. Hopefully the pool is open next year .

Very nice apartment, conveniently situated near beach, bars and restaurants and supermarket not far away, all within walking distance. Bus stop outside the apartment. Small balcony with sun in the morning. Lovely comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom.

Beautiful view over the sea, close to the chiringuetos, close to public transport and supermarket. Nice pool. The apartment has got everything you need. Everything went smoothly. I like your new booking system and the key collection. Maybe it is just me being me, but I would love if you after the booking, would write to me. not only when the next payment is, but also when you inform about key collection and other instructions.
