Location great, quiet at night. Can see the ocean from the backyard. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of linens such as towels. Easy location, quick walk to a beach with beautiful mountain views and seals.
Tide pods, coffee, tea and dishwasher pods provided which was great!
Only provided amenities for 1-2 days which was explained. The owner upstairs was taking out the garbage so asked if we had any. We gave him the garbage in the bags (bathroom and kitchen) and then there were no more bags in the unit. If you give the owner upstairs your garbage KEEP THE BAGS. We had to visit a grocery store to get more bags for our garbage.
Otherwise there's enough to get by for a few days (3 dishwasher pods, tide pods, coffee, tea) No dryer sheets which is not a deal breaker.

Very beautiful and spacious accomodation, located in an calm residential area surrounded by the impressing rocks of Sedona. Kitchen perfectly equipped, convinient living room with flat tv. Even a cable to connect devices (computers, etc.) to the TV could be found. Some games are provided. Generous BBQ available, dining table outside as well as in living room and also in a separate room surrounded by windows.
Perfect for a group of 4 adults or a family with 2 adults and up to 4 children.
Close to shooppingcenter with and severel restaurants. Also close to Sedona scenic places.

The property was very equipped and clean. The host was attentive and helped us with the thermostat. The property is so generous and provided drinking water in addition to coffee and cooking condiments; as well as all the toiletries, including body lotion. Appreciate these small gestures that make our stay worry free and super convenient. Location was very convenient too, close to restaurants, shops, and even hiking trails.
The thermostat can be tricky but the host was very helpful.

I liked how the property had all the necessities we needed, I enjoyed the location and how close it was to restaurants, shopping and sites. The home was so cozy and well kept.
I don’t have any complaints.
