Not sure why this place is rated so high I am visiting Paris since 2012 and this is my worst stay . The apartment building photo on Booking is misleading “ it’s not the real one” The €600 security deposit was withdrawn, not just held, and still hasn’t been refunded however I have contacted the owner multiple times with no reaccept ! The Bed: was unusually high and style with no support, not suitable for couples, seniors, or those with mobility issues. Groups of strangers often gathered outside the apartment, talking loudly until late night. With no air conditioning, we had to keep the window open, which made it hard to sleep , My wife was verbally harassed by strangers while entering the apartment! Bathroom: coupled toilet was placed too close to the wall, making it hard to use, and there was always a bad smell in the bathroom There isnt soap or shower gel in the bathroom !

Location was excellent (literally 2 mins from RER A train station, so 15-20 mins to Arc de Triomphe), cleanliness, ease of communication with very pleasant host, modern renovated flat with good facilities (washing machine was very handy), nice outlook onto square, with supermarkets nearby. We stayed comfortably for 5 nights.

Ugodno, ali moglo je biti bolje da tu cijenu

Objekt je lijepo uređen. Lokacija je super jer je blizu glavne stanice. Ispred apartmana je lijepi trg. Krevet je ugodan i apartman je topao. Jednostavna komunikacija s vlasnicom.

Dobile smo dva ručnika i dvije role toaletnog papira za 6 dana. Zamolile smo vlasnicu da nam da još ručnika i papira. Dobile smo još dva ručnika i jednu rolu papira. Deterdžent za sude je bio djelomično potrošen kao i tekući sapun. Apartman ima gljivice po zidu i ladice u kuhinji su prljave.

Un séjour très agréable et les hôtes sont très aimables et répondent très vite.

Nous avons apprécié le confort et l’équipement, ainsi que la proximité aux transports. Quartier calme, c’était l’idéal pour nous, qui cherchons un appartement comme celui-ci.

Un certain manque de produits de base mais sinon rien d’autre.
