Overall, apartment is clean and fully updated. All appliances function well. Comfortable for family of 4 or two couples. Easy check in. Washing machine is a bonus. Convenient location with supermarkets and tons of restaurants nearby. Close to grand via station.
Bathrooms are relatively small and there’s crack in the shower stall. The street where is apartment located is a bit sketchy and dirty.

I asked and paid for early check in but it was not available and my friends who got there earlier than me. Had bad experience waiting with their suitcases outside. Called for the instructions and nobody replied.
