Emplacement parfait, super propre, bien équipé, personnel très sympathique et disponible, communication parfaite, appart avec des matériaux de qualité. Vraiment top!

De ligging, in het centrum en toch rustig. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Niets eigenlijk. Geen buitenruimte maar dat hebben we niet gemist. Geen fijne geur in de badkamer.

comfortabel appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf was aanwezig. Lekkere bedden, een fijne bank om wat te luieren na een dag in de stad. Locatie is perfect, alle toeristische highlights op loopafstand en in de leuke wijk Malasana, waar je kleine winkeltjes en internationale restaurants vind.

Bij aankomst was het erg kooud in het appartement en wat miste was een goede uitleg van de werking van de airco, die ook warmte gaf. Na communicatie met de host, lukte het goed om het appartement warm te krijgen.

The apartment is comfortable. A bit tight but fine for 2. If you were 4 it might be a bit much as there's one small bathroom. There's no view but it has plenty of light.

The first thing you notice it the whole block is converted into tourist apartments with groups of young tourists sat outside on the street at night annoying what locals are left living here. We were there midweek but I'm wondering if on the weekend things get noisy. Then when we did the checkin process we were forced to pay either a damage waiver (something like 15 euro I think) or leave a 300 deposit which might take a couple of week to return they said. We opted to just pay and forget but it felt a bit sneaky. The amount of emails they sent before the stay was crazy - some warning you of possibly getting an inspection from city officials - so who knows if they are even fully legit.
