Firstly, the actual size of the apartment is clearly smaller than the stated 45 m². In reality, there is only a small bedroom and a narrow hallway with a bathroom and kitchenette. Secondly, there was a constant smell of mold in the apartment, which was not resolved by neither ventilation nor using the air conditioner. The air conditioner itself was very weak and functioned more like a fan than a proper cooling unit. Additionally, it should be noted that the terrace is shared with another apartment, meaning it is not private.
