It is near metro st. and the area was quite. Nice ap. in general. First the owner where a bit rude but after everything was fixed. TV and wifi works fine. U have the necessary things to live in.
it is not for a long stay and I think it’s more if u gonna be there just for slipping and shower. Have to add 2extra pillows like we’re a bit uncomfortable or add a sofa at the corner under the windows so your back is safe😄

Very comfortable apartment withe new furniture

The unit is modern furnished, new, facilated, and clean. No parking problem.
It is about 150 cm underground !!! which is not healthy. No functional windows can be open. You can not have a good sleep in the morning because of the noise from garbage collectors outside. Surprisingly, those facts can not be seen in the unit's description. On the other hand, it is not possible to cancel the transaction after you see actually what you have bought.
