The pool area was great, the breakfast was good, maybe 8/10, the room was very nice and comfortable.

A hotel with history and traditions, carefully modernized and updated. Very friendly and polite staff and nice facilities (rooms, pool, etc). Excellent cleaning. Good breakfast.
Some of the staff did not speak english, more information about public transport (buses, etc).

The pool, staff and the room.
A bit outdated and needs upgrading. Location was ok, but there were very restaurants or bars close by. The walk into Ortigia (which is excellent) was down streets that were quite run down.
