The apartment was very spacious

The entrance downstairs was really dirty and in poor condition.

The place was immaculate, comfortable and the location was great.

The process for gaining access to and leaving the apartment was very confusing especially with a language barrier between us and our host. It would have been soooo much easier if there were just written instructions in either French or English. Also the host seemed to need very specific arrival and departure times which led us to believe she was meeting us on site but then entering was through a lock box and confusing telephone call where the host was fairly rude and refused to listen to any of our attempts at French at first. Hung up on me twice.

Location is fine, near to the center and the main station, the appartment is spacious and looks modern.

It's a pity how the cleaning can ruin a place that could be great, most of sensitive things like towels, cutlery and the kitchen were just dirty, oily and stained, really disappointing since this conditions the whole stay. Also there is a language barrier, you must speak french to talk with the owner.
