Big , functional apartment with some drawbacks

Very spacious with nice terrace with big table, convenient parking. No noise. Big supermarket below. Nicely furnished.

Toilet has no sink to wash, no second toilet for a big apartment, no basic things when you arrive like soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Doesn't feel very clean. Very complicated first entry procedure , especially when you arrive by car.. The location is not nice. After dark you can see prostitutes around and seems a bit suspicious.

check in procedure is a little confusing. please note, you need to get the garage door opener and the house key first. it is a scavenger hunt - make sure you read carefully of the instruction. staff responded very quickly when I had a question. I used messaging inside booking.com

鍵を手に入れるところまでは簡単だったが、部屋のドアの前にもう一つガラス扉を開ける方法が分からずたまたま近くの人が来たので、開け方が分かりました。脱出ゲームみたいで楽しかったですが、その説明も欲しかったです。

Agréable et confortable séjour

Le logement était très bien pour les 2 nuits. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, logement spacieux et très calme. Supermarché juste en dessous également très appréciable. Nous avons apprécié les deux places de parking et le check out à 11h.

La vitre de la baignoire semble être à réparer + les joints à blanchir.

Wenn man erstmal drin ist, ist es sehr schön

Das Appartement liegt nah der Stadtmauer und somit nicht weit entfernt vom alten Stadtkern. Die Betten waren bequem und die Einrichtung gefällig. Schön auch die überdachte Terasse mit kleiner Begrünung. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig, das war auch gut so, denn es ist etwas hellhörig gewesen.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung war wie ein Escapespiel. Man musste erst einen Parkplatz in der Nähe finden, um dann nach Lösung mehrerer Suchaufgsben, den Öffner für das Parkhaus zu erhalten. Nach dem Parken im Parkhaus führte allerdings ein Fahrstuhl nach oben. Für das ganze sollte man mindestens 30min Zeit einplanen. Beim Auschecken das ganze dann retour. Vom Vermieter erhielt ich leider keine Antwort auf meine sowohl per Mail als auch per SMS gestellte Frage. Dafür kamen scheinbar automatisierte Anweisungen z.B dass man den Müll entsorgen soll (wo? Suchen!) In der Küchenausstattung fehlten Kochlöffel und Kochmesser. Für 6 Personen ist das Badezimmer recht klein und es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Parfait. Cet appartement nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour !

L'emplacement, le confort, la terrasse, les espaces de vies et les chambres. Le centre ancien est totalement accessible à pied, à 15 minutes => les halles, le palais des papes ! La literie est parfaite !

Quelques éléments de vaisselle en plus ne seraient pas de trop, l'hôte en a pris bonne note, ce sera certainement amélioré rapidement. Et pour éviter la corvée de vaisselle à la main, pensez à prendre 2/3 tablettes dans la valise !

Emplacement idéal avec la navette gratuite pour le centre-ville au pied de l'immeuble. Terrasse bien appreciable.

Le sol n'était pas très propre. Tout le reste de l'appartement était bien nettoyé. Il manque une grande passoire.

A recommander vivement

Appartement bien situé, spacieux, propre, très bien équipé. Lit confortables, décoration soignée. On se sent comme à la maison, il ne manque rien pour le confort. Parking sécurisé et la supérette 24/24 juste à côté sont un vrai plus, le petit patio cerise sur le gâteau.
