Zügige Kommunikation, gut ausgestattete Küche, zweites WC, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, gemütliche Beleuchtung, ruhige, naturnahe Umgebung, Bächlein in der Nähe

Großes Haus, nahezu Alleinlage (zusammen mit den anderen beiden Häusern auf dem riesigen Grundstück) im Wald, schöne Sonnenterrasse. Absolut ruhig, perfekt zum Herunterkommen.
Einige Ecken sind nach einer offensichtlichen Generalsanierung noch nicht ganz fertig: Handtuchhalter in den Bädern fehlten z.B.. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten.
