Strönhult farmhouse by the lake

Een heel ruim origineel huisje, veel privacy, gelegen aan een privemeer, met veel wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving. De airco werd erg gewaardeerd. We hadden een storing aan de boiler, die meteen verholpen werd door Simon de eigenaar👍

Het beviel helemaal

Alles was prima. Het is een oude boerderij, dus dat is ook wat je krijgt. Voor ons is dat juist ook de charme van deze accommodatie. Plus natuurlijk de rust en het meertje op een steenworp afstand.

Do come here if you really (and I mean, really) enjoy nature and and almost unreal quiet environment where the wind in the trees, small birds, singing swans, the occasional wild boar herd, deers and butterflies (yes, you can sometimes hear there wing flaps, it is that quiet...:-) ) are the only sounds around you. No-one apart from the owner, a neighbour and every 2 weeks the garbage truck will come here. If you don't know there is a house there you would never expect it as the house it not visible from any road. Everything is a bit away, closest village/small town (Lönsboda) with supermarkets, loppis etc. is some 10km away and there is a cafe/bakery some 5 km away. If you need constant action, entertainment, party and are uncomfortable with silence there might be better places to choose. The house has all facilities including Wifi, dish washer, a big fridge and freezer and a washing machine. The owner is great and has lots of useful tips and information for your stay on hand. Also, in the house there is lot of information material available if you want to do some excursions.
