Property was comfortable & very nice & a great view out to the ocean.

Nothing!!

This unit provided a lovely aspect with a view of the ocean. It is quite compact, but clean and all basic needs provided for: good basic kitchen with 4 sets of crockery, cutlery , many glasses; good electric kettle and toaster and a full-size fridge. Good provisions of cleaning equipment , tea towels in kitchen. There is also a stove with oven and a small dishwasher - neither of which we used . Bed was comfortable( but only a doona- no blanket ) and two reading lamps. Good shower and hot water but limited shelving and rails in bathroom. There is a compact laundry with all requirements if needed. Efficient air conditioning. Efficient lift access . Quiet building. Beach and cafes nearby. And many lovely beach and park walks close by too. Excellent communications, and Indy from Follo, was extremely kind and helpful on our arrival . As is often the case with private letting the paperwork is very detailed . We would stay here again and we thank Indy for being so attentive.

Nothing really AS IT IS A LOVELY PLACE, but some reflections- the car parking is a bit tight for a larger car ( and older folk as we are) and down many levels which could be irritating if using your car a lot. We were visiting family and were driven everywhere AND THE VISITOR PARKING IS EASY for the pick up and drop off. We personally don't like doonas and would appreciate having options of a blanket. The stick vacuum cleaner didn't work and we are too old to be dealing with the other low type for a few crumbs. BUT NONE OF THESE REALLY DETRACTED FROM OUR STAY.

DIY breakfast but good location for convenience store and restaurants.

No bathrobes (which you'd expect for this rate), no milk jug and milk provided was in a silly 'popper' designed to be drunk through the straw so squirted all over when you tried to pour it, no scissors among utensils. Couldn't find dishwasher and no dish drying rack worth the name.
