901 Perfect Penthouse is in an amazing location. The views are superb - we even managed to spot both whales and dolphins from the balcony. The beaches nearby are fantastic and cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
It may be a little squeezy in the carpark if you have a larger car.

Views were great! Clean property, great price.
The under ground parking was simple enough, unfortunately I have such a long vehicle it was quite a challenge in and out (I have a MC licence). Out of the owners control. Plenty of parking around the area regardless.

Location was good, and handy to places we wanted to visit
Couch not very comfortable, sticky tape holding the toilet seat together and grout sealant separated away from the shower wall .
