The lockbox was quite hidden so you just have to walk past the main entrance and look to your left. The boxes are fixed on the wall. Then just follow the host's instructions, and it's straightforward from there. The location is close to a hotel with a late-night bar where you can go. Area is well lit. There are limited paid street parking spaces. Chinatown is walkable (approx. 15-20mins.). The street noise doesn't reach the room, but you can sometimes faintly hear the tv from the next room. The room size is big enough for 2 people. You can open 2 large luggage at the same time. The room is carpeted and accessible by stairs only. The bed is soft and comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. The air conditioner/heater works. There's also a shared paid laundry area on the same floor. The hosts are very lovely too and reply quickly. I requested some clothes hangers and asked them where the hairdryer was because I couldn't find it anywhere. The host ended up buying a new hairdryer and hangers and delivered them to my room the next day. THANK YOU!

Nothing too drastic. As already mentioned in the accommodation's description, the window doesn't open up to see the outside. It gets loud and sometimes rowdy at the entrance of the street due to the intoxicated patrons, but it seems generally safe. There are no elevators/lifts, so you have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs.

The place in close to everything. Lots of restaurants, convinience stores, malls and market. Everything is within walking distance. The room itself is good. You have your own toilet and shower. The laundry room is in a shared one inside the building. The bed is comfy and there's a fridge and microwave oven. You also have a smart TV. It's a nice place to stay in the city.

No freezer, which forces you to eat out or eat microwaveable meals. It also means if you do use plates and spoons you have to wash them in the toilet.

Very good location, small room but had everything you needed for short stay.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like when I arrived, still someone else's hair in there but otherwise everything else generally clean enough.

The service was amazing from the host to the service team. A special thank you to John and Andreas who made sure my stay was as comfortable beyond expectation.

The corridor lights were a little distracting at night as I am a light sleeper with the rays piercing through the side of the curtains but by day 3 I was okay with it.
