studio 436/247 gouger in the city ex hotel room

The location is terrific. Hail bus stops are nearby. Numerous restaurants including China Town and Central Market are nearby. Walking distance to Victoria Square where one can take the free trams to different parts of the CBD. It is a decent studio flat and perfect for a single traveller. If one enjoys home-like accommodation, it is perfect as no one will enter and disturb your room eveyday (unlike those hotel rooms where there is daily fixing up) with heartwarming facilities provided like kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, sanitizer, microwave, toaster, bowls, plates, cutleries, even iron and iron tables (besides those only basic facilities found in hotel rooms) .

When two travellers will stay together, they may find the small studio a bit crowded especially when each of them has one big and one small baggages. One more thing, the filters of the air conditioner in the room and the ventilation in the toilet really need to be cleaned.

Very quiet area, nice walks in to CBD. Away from the Hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to all facilities. Rooms were very good value for money!

My low point would be cleanliness of the room. Toilet had not had a scrub in a little while. The air conditioner filters were extremely clogged. I pulled them out and cleaned them just to be sure of good air quality. I’m glad I checked

Located in the Chinatown area of the CBD. Laundry facilities available.

Quite small bedroom - very little space around the bed. No external window (there was a window onto the hall with a curtain). I would describe it as a bedroom and bathroom rather than ‘whole apartment’.
