La ubicación, la habitación de matrimonio muy espaciosa y el balcón . Ventilador de techo en todas las estancias.

Los muebles de la cocina mal cuidados, se desarmaba un cajón (cada vez que lo abrias y a lo cerrabas se desintegraba el aglomerado ) que ya estaba pegado con cinta americana. El baño tenía un trozo de la encimera rota y pegada, al apoyarme para entrar en la ducha se despegó y casi cae al suelo. Vinieron a "arreglar" las dos cosas, pero hicieron más de lo mismo.... Más cinta americana y más pegamento. Eso se supone que era para salir del paso. Espero y lo cambien de verdad. La ducha embosada, no tuve mejor idea que utilizar la ventosa para remover un poco y que se vaya el agua.... Pues un desastre, comenzó a salir pelos, arena y otras cosas...un asco. También informamos de esto y espero que cada tanto hechen algún producto desastacador. La habitación con 2 camas no estaba mal pero es muy pequeña. Y hay dos sofás camas en el salón que son de color blanco o crudo..estan llenos de manchas y suciedad.

El lugar, la ubicación, la tranquilidad, la comodidad, las instrucciones de ingreso muy claras, en definitiva todo muy bien

The place is very convenient considering the distance to the beach. Very stable 1Gb wifi internet in apartment.

1. Personal's relation to clients not just awful but a bit aggressive. 2. Everything in the apartment is old and weak. If you pulled curtain and it fall off - try to fix it by yourself. If you ask the owner to fix it you'll be charged for this repair as it was your fault according to agreement that the owner will push you to sign. 3. There are no any complimentary. No water, no fruits, even piece of soap. All of these you can find only if previous guests left it. 4. Elevator didn't work 3 days from 10. 5. Small bedroom doesn't have any electricity socket. So you can't charge your devices while use them in bed. 6. Around 10.00 am, different workers start cutting the bushes or mowing the grass by loud motorised equipment. 7. The nearest grocery market in 15 mins one way by foot. 8. Be careful with main doors. The lock is wiered. the door can easily slam shut and you will be left outside without keys. Even if you left one set of keys in the lock inside you'll not be able to open it with the keys from outside. It happened with us. The owner called serviceman to unlock the door. And after that, he charged me with 120 euro billl.😳
