Lovely location, spacious, bright. Comfortable beds, great shower.

Better instructions for heaters, tv etc. this was quite complicated.

The lounge was spacious, and the host was responsive. When I contacted him directly, he explained that although Booking.com had confirmed our reservation for the penthouse apartment, it had already been booked. Unfortunately, by the time I learned this, it was too late to make alternative arrangements, as other properties in the area were no longer available.

Booking.com misled us by confirming our reservation for a penthouse apartment. We had another option that was in a better location and offered better value, but we chose the penthouse because it appeared to be the superior property, even though it was more expensive. We were given a ground-floor apartment instead. It had virtually no view from any of the bedroom windows, which was completely different from what we had booked and expected. This was Booking.com’s mistake. By the time we discovered the problem, it was too late to find alternative accommodation, so we had no choice but to stay there.
