Clean, fully equipped, close to pool & beach. Quiet garden setting.

Good communication from host regarding access to property. Lovely bay side setting and pool area and bar lovely. Bus stop outside resort & great access to other parts of the island. Well equipped apartment. Quiet location. Lovely garden setting.

Spiral staircase to bedrooms very tricky & narrow. Both showers had to be held in your hand to be used(no wall mount), need to reach dangerously over spiral staircase to switch on boiler every time shower or hot water needed.

Gute Lage in einer sehr schönen Anlage.

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr gut gemacht und geräumig. Die Anlage drumherum ist sehr gepflegt. Der Ansprechpartner hat stets schnell reagiert Die Lage ist gut wenn man mobil ist - Mietwagen ist sehr wichtig! Korfu Stadt ist direkt in der Nähe Man kann zu Fuß nach Gouvia Zentrum gehen - ca. 10 Minuten. Dort ist zwar alles sehr auf den Tourismus ausgelegt, aber wir haben überall sehr lecker gegessen und man konnte auch shoppen gehen

Es war anfangs nicht ganz sauber. Bei der nächsten Reinigung war alles super. Die Waschmaschinendichtung muss gründlich gesäubert werden - es war Schimmel in der Dichtung Der Duschkopf im Badezimmer unten ist undicht - muss ausgewechselt werden Der eigene Strandabschnitt ist nicht schön - man kann nicht schwimmen gehen. Die sollte man bedenken, wenn man nur Strandurlaub machen will und kein Auto hat Der Swimmingpool muss auch überholt werden - die Leiter ist sehr wackelig zum Beispiel Diese Kritik ist als Anreiz zu verstehen, dass hier und da noch etwas verbessert werden sollte.
