For NRI they are asking for OCI for each member of family even kids most of places only need ID for one person who book hotel

The proactive and positive helping attitude of the staff at front desk, Rainbow Restaurant and Cloak Room staff.

Location is great, front desk staff is responsive and prompt with communication. Rooms are well appointed.

We stayed there first weekend of 2026 - there was a 350 student tour out up in the same hotel at that time. As a result, all the facilities- housekeeping, restaurant staff, front desk etc were completely stretched and the hotel was in bad shape. Our room toilet had not been sanitized prior to arrival. They had allotted a king bed room for three adults but their room size is SMALL - there was hardly any room to move after the mattress was put in ground - no rollaway beds either. Kitchen floor was dirty, food was mediocre and dinner we ate was overpriced. While the large student group was there, it was very noisy at all hours. Things normalized a bit on Monday after the large tour left but all in all despite well intentioned staff, it was a poor experience for the price paid.
