Balcony was too closed in. Over looking bars which could be quite noisy late night

L'alloggio era accogliente e comodo per 3 persone adulte, completo di stoviglie e con microonde funzionante. Forno e lavatrice non li ho utilizzati ma erano in dotazione. L'accesso e tutte le comunicazioni successive sono state fatte tramite email e wa, ma le risposte sono state sempre precise e tempestive. La posizione è il punto forte, a due passi dal mare e da tutto quello che può servire in termini di locali, parcheggi, market. Consigliato, tanto che speriamo di tornare presto.

Più che una nota negativa vuole essere un suggerimento, cioè di prestare appena più attenzione alla pulizia, in particolare del bagno, e di essere un po' più generosi con i prodotti omaggio, che non abbiamo portato da casa perché era scritto che erano compresi, ma due flaconcini per 5 giorni e 3 persone...poco danno, li abbiamo comprati. E se possibile aggiungere una scopa per la pulizia giornaliera ...ne abbiamo trovata solo una di quelle senza manico, adatta giusto a raccogliere qualche briciola. Ma ripeto, cose di pochissimo conto. Più che altro suggerimenti per migliorare la qualità già alta.

Modern apartment, Decent location, lifts, double bed,

Not as clean as could of been, no clean bedding or towels, poor communication when complained on there website, curtains don’t fit and too long and are a tripping hazard and do not close properly letting in light, the pole on the terrace fell down, the day before we left we are sure someone came in our room as the key box was open even though we didn’t leave keys in there and we always double locked the door but it was locked only once when we came back, can be noisy in the afternoons and evenings as there are bars directly below/opposite, but it didn’t bother us too much. Central to most attractions in Las Americas, but we wouldn’t stay here again.
