Great place close to the beach and the city
Well equipped kitchen. Nice living room. Quiet neighbourhood.
The mattress is somewhat soft. A small broom would be nice for quick cleaning of the floors (the place does have a very nice vacuum cleaner though)

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo. Hell, sauber, ruhige Wohnlage. Gute Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum. Bis Warnemünde mit dem Auto nur 18 Minuten. Hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Wunderschöne helle ruhige Ferienwohnung gut angebunden an Tram und S Bahn
Sehr helle schöne neu sanierte Wohnung in einem alten Backsteinhaus in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Siedlung Nähe Kunsthalle und Schwanensee Park! Nur 220 m bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle! Die Tram 5 fährt vom Hauptbahnhof direkt dort hin und ins Zentrum von Rostock. Nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt ist die S Bahn nach Warnemünde! Hinter dem Haus große Rasenfläche. Spielplatz und Fußball Platz in der Nähe am Park. Küche mit allem drum und dran vorhanden. Alles zweckmäßig! Auch im Badezimmer mit Fenster. Wohnung liegt nach Ost ( Wohnzimmer Morgen Sonne) und West ( Bad, Küche, Schlafzimmer mit Nachmittags Sonne)! Es ist im Skandinavischem Stil hell und freundlich ausgestattet! Parkplätze sind in der Straße möglich und kein Problem.
Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und kein Balkon. Wenn man eh jeden Tag in Warnemünde verbringt ist das OK!

Aufschließen und sich zu Hause fühlen! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Sowohl Straßenbahn als auch die S Bahn sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Reuter Passage ist zum einkaufen in der Nähe
